Appointment Scheduling

We are happy to now be able to offer scheduling for Spa services through the PocketSalon app as well as via the phone! Hair services remain scheduled by phone only and you can reach us Monday-Friday from 10:00am-5:00pm.

Team Schedules 

For the safety of our guests we are working 7 days a week from 9:00am until 7:00pm moving from a 3 team to a 2 team schedule starting 7/5.  Each team will have a rotating Saturday every other week along with their assigned days.

 

Team 1 Sunday Monday Thursday: Megan Neumayer, Sarah Simon-Evans, Taylor Segars, Chris Alan

Team 2 Tuesday Wednesday Friday: Eric Michael Steward, Sherri Mishico-Tuminello, Brandon Perry, Kristy Kostyniuk, Nele Marston

Contactless Check-in/Check Out

We will be operating on a contactless form of checking in and out using the PocketSalon application that can be downloaded to your phone or tablet. This app will allow you to check-in for your appointment, shop for products, and check out of the salon all on your device! We will only be accepting credit card payments at this time so if you are unable to download the app we will need to store your credit card in our system. You can download the app by clicking on the link below that matches your operating system. Please make sure to create a login with your email and a password, that is what links you to our system.  If you do not have a smart device please email us at rustiquesalonspa@gmail.com regarding the credit card you would like to store for appointments.

Facial Mask

It is required that a facial mask be worn over the nose and mouth throughout your entire service. We ask that you please come with your own mask, one that goes around the ears, but if you arrive without one we can provide you one for a small fee.

Illness & Travel

If you or a household member has traveled recently that you please refrain from coming in for you appointment for the safety of our staff and other guests.  If you have had any known exposure to COVID-19 within 14 days prior to your appointment, or have shown ANY symptoms of COVID-19 up to 72 hours before your appointment, such as a fever or cough, we are obligated to deny entry into the salon. We ask that you please respect these restrictions as we all have family members that could be greatly impacted by this illness.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

In order to accommodate our clients waiting to get in we ask that if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment you do so with as much notice as possible.  Any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in the need for a deposit for future appointments, unless that cancellation is due to sudden illness. 

Due to COVID-19 all sales are final until further notice.
